This 24" wide belt by 6' long TA Horizontal Slider Bed Conveyor is a proven medium-duty solution for everything from assembly lines and inspection stations to packaging, sorting, and distribution. This versatile 24/7 workhorse is used in thousands of facilities across North America and is known for its simple design, fast setup, and long-term reliability. Select from Hytrol conveyor blue, platinum gray, green, or black standard colors.

The TA slider bed conveyor is available in overall lengths up to 101 ft., each USA-made conveyor section ships fully crated in 5’ or 10’ bed modules for quick bolt-together installation (for conveyors of greater than 11' in overall length). Standard components include a totally enclosed "C" face ½ HP motor, 4” deep slider bed, and high-grip Ultimate 140 BBS belt. The TA offers smooth, controlled movement at 65 FPM and can be further configured (see options below) for light-to-medium loads up to 75 lbs. per linear foot (not to exceed overall capacity in charts shown). This conveyor does not include electrical controls or switches; contact our team for help building the right layout or quoting a full conveyor system for maximum efficiency.

Standard Features:

• 4” deep formed steel slider bed, powder-coated for durability
• Reliable C-face ½ HP 230V 3 Ph. motor with sealed worm gear reducer (left-hand drive is standard, right-hand drive available as well as center drive upgrade)
• Fully crowned drive pulley (4" diameter on 5'-50' long conveyors; 8" diameter on 55'-100' long conveyors) and adjustable take-up system; no. 50 roller chain to drive pulley
• High-grip Ultimate 140 BBS belt, constant 65 FPM belt speed (factory set standard; optional speeds/motors available); belt width is 4” narrower than the overall frame width
• Designed for straight-run horizontal transport applications
