At Conveyor Specialists, we take pride in delivering heavy-duty conveyor systems and components that are built to last—and packed for secure transport. Below you’ll find key information about our shipping practices, lead times, and delivery expectations.
Conveyor shipments are securely packaged on custom-built pallets, and photos are taken prior to departure to document condition and ensure quality. Orders ship via our trusted LTL carrier network, selected for their experience handling our products. If you prefer to use your own freight carrier, we’re happy to accommodate—just let us know during checkout or prior to fulfillment, and we’ll adjust or refund the shipping charges accordingly. Smaller part orders typically ship via parcel service (usually UPS), while larger items or bulk purchases may ship via LTL on a consolidated skid.

Before ordering, please carefully evaluate the delivery path within your facility or building. Our products can be large and heavy, and may require forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment for safe unloading and movement. Product weights and dimensions are listed on each product page.
Freight Carriers & Shipping Rates
We work with major LTL freight carriers and trusted regional trucking partners to provide the most competitive rates and reliable delivery. Freight costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout for shipments within the contiguous United States.
For orders outside the contiguous U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, and international shipments), please contact us for a custom freight quote.
Lead Times to Ship
Each product lists its estimated lead time on the product page.
All conveyors are made in the USA using quality materials; some components may be globally sourced or produced. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact our team—we’ll do our best to meet your required timeline.
Transit Times
Delivery time depends on your shipping address and the warehouse of origin. Average delivery times after your order ships:

1–3 business days to most Central, Northeastern, and Southern states

4–5 business days to Western states
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email or text based on your selected contact preferences.
International & Non-Contiguous U.S. Shipping
Yes—we do ship internationally and to Hawaii and Alaska. Due to the size and weight of our products, we require a custom freight quote for these destinations. Please reach out via our Contact Us form and we’ll get started on your quote right away.
