Return & Warranty Policy – Conveyor Specialists
At Conveyor Specialists, every conveyor is built to order to meet the specific needs of your application. As such, all conveyor system sales are final and non-returnable.
To ensure order accuracy, a Conveyor Specialists representative will verify all specifications and application details prior to production. This helps eliminate potential errors and ensures the product is tailored to your operational requirements.
Return Eligibility – Spare Parts Only
Only standard spare parts (not built-to-order) are eligible for return, subject to the following conditions:

Must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging

Must include original proof of purchase

All approved returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee, unless a written exception is provided by a Conveyor Specialists representative
To start a return, you must contact us at support@cc-efi.com to initiate the return request. If your return is approved, a return authorization number will be sent to you with information on where to return the product and when it must be received by. Returns must be sent back via prepaid shipping, unless there was a fulfillment error, product defect, or warranty claim where we will provide a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package(s). Any items sent back to us without return approval will not be accepted.
Custom product orders, involving custom designs, modifications, colors, and other non-standard or catalog options are not returnable unless the product delivered did not meet the specifications of what was promised and sold, in which case we will take full responsibility to resolve and replace or credit you. We stand behind our work and work carefully to ensure any custom projects have sign-offs and documentation to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Manufacturing Defects & Warranty Coverage
Products with confirmed manufacturing defects are covered under warranty. If your item is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, contact us immediately at support@cc-efi.com with a description and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it quickly.
Additional Non-Returnable Items
In addition to conveyor systems, we do not accept returns on:

Refunds
For spare parts eligible for return, refunds (minus applicable restocking fees) will be processed once the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card processing times may vary.
