The Hytrol 190-E24EZ accumulation conveyor is a quiet, energy-efficient 24VDC system designed for distribution centers, warehouses, and automated manufacturing. This 10-foot section features 1.9" diameter rollers on 3" centers, powered by compact DC motors and controlled by Hytrol’s advanced EZLogic® zone system for precise, zero-pressure accumulation across five 24" zones.

With adjustable speeds from 25 to 125 feet per minute, it ensures gentle, controlled movement—preventing product contact and reducing damage. Multiple straight and curved sections can be quickly combined to create an efficient, flexible conveyor system tailored to your layout.

Each unit ships fully assembled with an optional 40amp power supply (for motors) and an I/O power supply (IOP, for EZLogic controllers) that are factory-preset—ready for rapid installation and immediate operation. When utilizing multiple sections, please contact us for optimal power supply configuration to help save money and make it most efficient–options for no power are available to build your system online as well.

This all-electric, plug-and-play conveyor eliminates belts, chains, complex controls, and air compressor requirements—reducing installation complexity and virtually eliminating routine maintenance. Each zone is easily adjustable with integrated control cards, allowing operators to tune performance on the fly without special software. This includes different speeds, multiple directions, and starting/stopping individual sections. Up to 40 motors can be powered per supply, and multiple widths and zone lengths are available for total layout flexibility.

The E24EZ is designed for long-term reliability and energy savings, with a 125,000+ hour motor life and ultra-quiet operation that reduces facility noise.
