- Zero-pressure accumulation controls and photo eyes can be added to stop cartons from building up until the next zone is cleared, where it will then resume conveyance
- Rollers 1.5" or 1.9" diameters on 3" or 5" centers (1.5" rollers more common to enable smallest footprint)
- Casters available in 6" standard size or 8" upgrade (8" casters standard on 1.9" diameter roller models)
- Package stop will keep cartons from falling to the floor and is retractable so it can be stored when not in use
- When impact loading is expected, bolted leg heights are recommended
- Or, add a rigid impact cart with powered or gravity roller beds to bear the impact
